Main Duties
Responsible for overseeing financial planning, accounting operations, and budget control across the organization. Ensures accurate reporting, compliance with financial standards, and continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Review billing, invoicing, and accounting procedures for accuracy.
- Manage internal and external audit processes.
- Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Lead and develop financial improvement initiatives and staff training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are preferred).
- 12–15 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
