About the Role:
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing and new software applications, ensuring smooth operation and reliability. Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and assist staff in resolving application-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement new applications.
  • Identify and resolve application errors.
  • Support and train users on software use.
  • Coordinate with developers to enhance functionality.
  • Maintain application databases and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application or software support.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and web technologies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
