About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all contracting and procurement processes across the organization — from preparing tenders and RFPs to evaluating bids, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements. Ensures compliance with policies, supports end-users, and optimizes contracting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review tender documents, contracts, and service agreements.
- Evaluate vendors’ qualifications and assess technical and financial proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and closeouts.
- Advise departments on procurement policies and contract procedures.
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement within the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle ERP.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
