About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all contracting and procurement processes across the organization — from preparing tenders and RFPs to evaluating bids, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements. Ensures compliance with policies, supports end-users, and optimizes contracting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review tender documents, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Evaluate vendors’ qualifications and assess technical and financial proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and closeouts.
  • Advise departments on procurement policies and contract procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement within the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle ERP.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
