About the Role:
Responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing security operations to protect ADLQ’s assets, facilities, and staff. Oversees surveillance systems, ensures compliance with safety standards, coordinates with relevant departments, and leads response to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel and daily operations to ensure safety and protection.
- Monitor CCTV systems, analyze security footage, and report incidents.
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Develop and implement contingency plans and safety procedures.
- Participate in tenders and coordinate with the Contracts and IT departments.
- Prepare periodic security and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably with a security certification).
- 0–3 years of experience in security supervision or a related field.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of firefighting systems, risk management, and safety procedures.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in MS Office.
