About the Role:
Design and implement training programs that develop employees’ technical and behavioral skills, linked to performance evaluations and organizational needs, with continuous impact assessment and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose the training plan. .
- Design and deliver interactive courses (workshops, e-learning, AI-enabled tools).
- Evaluate training effectiveness during and after programs; provide coaching.
- Identify and develop talent with departments; prepare annual educational initiatives and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Education/HR/Business or related; Master’s preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD/ATD) are a plus.
- 7–10 years in training/career development; strong facilitation and evaluation skills.
- Experience with LMS/e-learning; excellent communication and problem-solving.
