As part of the implementation plans for the ADLQ 2023-2027 strategy, the Talent Management Department has launched the semi-annual Knowledge Transfer Program at two different levels: employee level and manager level. These sessions are presented by the staff themselves to their colleagues. This initiative aims to improve their presentation skills, boost their morale, and promote continuous learning.
