On September 11, 2025, ADLQ held its first Townhall of the year, a vibrant gathering that brought together teams from across the organization to reflect, connect, and align on the journey ahead. The Townhall began with a compelling message from our Chairman Professor Mohammed Al-Maadheed, who emphasized the core values that define ADLQ and our commitment to excellence. He highlighted our preparations for the upcoming Excellence Award, noting that ADLQ stands as a model organization with well-documented policies and procedures that are actively followed across all departments. Following the Chairman’s remarks, our General Manager Ms. Noor Al-Motawa shared the strategic vision for ADLQ, outlining how our goals are aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030. The Lab Director Dr. Maneera Al-Jaber, then took the stage to present progress on Analytical Excellence and Research Excellence. The presentation showcased the Lab’s remarkable progress, both operationally and in research, reflecting a true commitment to excellence. The unwavering focus on quality, guided by the ISL standards, has been achieved through dedicated teamwork and seamless collaboration across every department. Looking ahead, upcoming ISL workshops for Engineering, IT, and Support Services teams will empower everyone to deepen their expertise and drive continuous growth, ensuring the Lab remains a leader in innovation and quality.
