
Organizational Structure
— ADLQ Organizational structure
(BOT) is responsible for the oversight of ADLQ’s management as per Article (6) of Emiri Decree No. (14) of 2011. It is vested with the powers to manage the affairs of the laboratory and help achieve its goals.
The GM Office oversees day-to-day operations performance and ensures short-term plans are on track and in line with the organization’s agreed strategy.
ADLQ operates within a Corporate Governance framework, in line with the government regulations, ADLQ delegation of Authorities and the accreditation requirement by WADA and NATA.
